Carolina Coast Collective was founded on a simple belief: every brand’s challenges are different, and solving them requires more than a standard consulting playbook. Developed and executed the brand’s go-to-market strategy across Amazon and direct-to-consumer channels. This included positioning, pricing, channel sequencing, customer acquisition strategy, marketplace infrastructure, and operating rhythms for testing, content, and growth.

The brand launched with a clear acquisition strategy and scalable ecommerce foundation. Funnel optimization and paid acquisition increased D2C conversion ~40% and reduced blended CAC ~25% within six months, establishing a repeatable engine for customer growth and profitable D2C revenue alongside marketplace expansion.

Challenge

The brand had strong products and reviews but limited discoverability across marketplaces and its D2C site. Listings lacked structured content, keyword depth, and clear differentiation, restricting organic visibility and conversion.

What We Did

Audited marketplace listings and the D2C site to identify gaps in keyword coverage, messaging, and structured data. Rebuilt product listings with improved titles, feature hierarchy, and search-optimized content, and updated D2C product pages to support SEO and emerging AI-driven search (GEO/AEO). Established a framework for ongoing content testing and optimization.

Organic discoverability improved across marketplace and web search. Indexed keywords increased ~60% and first-page rankings expanded across priority terms.
